DÉFINITIONS | BENEFITS GRANTED | APPLICATION CONDITIONS | EXCLUSIONS | TERRITORIALITY1. Vehicles:
Any CITROËN vehicle (less than 3.5 t.) registered under the TT series and sold under the Finance Plan by S.C. CITROËN CHAMP DE MARS.
2. Beneficiaries:
The vehicle owner or his spouse and all persons transported free of charge in the vehicle, within the limits of the number of seats indicated on the registration card for the vehicle (gray card).
3. Immobilized vehicle:
Any vehicle that is immobilized or becomes unable to continue a trip under normal, safe driving conditions after:
- either a breakdown (failure of the vehicle's mechanical, hydraulic or electrical system),
- or a road accident (collision with a third party and/or a fixed or mobile obstacle),
- or a theft or attempted theft,
- or a fire.
A. ASSISTANCE TO THE VEHICLE
1. Repair/towing of the vehicle in case of a breakdown or a road accident:
In the event of immobilization of your car after a breakdown or a road accident, within the territorial limits defined hereinafter, CITROËN ANTI-STOP TT shall arrange and take care of either the repair of your vehicle or its towing to the nearest CITROËN dealer if it cannot be repaired on the spot.
Under no circumstances shall CITROËN ANTI-STOP TT bear the repair costs of the vehicle itself.
2. Repatriation of the beneficiary following theft or fire of vehicle:
In the event of theft of your vehicle (once the incident has been reported to the appropriate authorities) or of destruction caused by a fire, CITROËN ANTI-STOP TT shall in certain cases provide the beneficiary with a first-class train ticket or an economy air ticket (if more than 8 hours of train travel are necessary), to allow you to reach the offices of S.C. CITROËN CHAMP DE MARS (25, rue de Constantinople, 75008 PARIS, France).
3. Additional benefits in the event of immobilization of the vehicle following a breakdown (time for repairs exceeding 24 hours) or an accident (time for repairs exceeding 48 hours):
If your vehicle is out of service following:
- a breakdown which cannot be repaired on the same day as it occurred,
- a road accident resulting in damages that cannot be repaired within the following 48 hours,
CITROËN ANTI-STOP TT offers you the choice of the following options (depending on the circumstances):
a-A rental vehicle:
Wherever you are immobilized, within the territorial limits defined hereinafter, CITROËN ANTI-STOP TT shall provide you with a rental vehicle from a similar category of car or the next lower category (depending on local availability) during the period when your vehicle is immobilized.
The rental price shall not exceed 500 Euros, tax included, for the entire term of use.
The said vehicle shall be returned to the same place where it was delivered.
b-Continuation of the trip or return to the place where the TT vehicle is to be returned:
If your vehicle is out of service more than 100 km from the point of delivery or your place of residence (within the territorial limits defined hereinafter), or if you decide to continue your trip to the destination, CITROËN ANTI-STOP TT shall arrange and assume the cost of your transportation either to the border of the country where the damage occurred or to the place where the TT vehicle is to be returned, by first-class train or economy flight (if more than 8 hours of train travel are necessary).
Likewise, CITROËN ANTI-STOP TT shall provide the eligible party with a first-class train ticket or an economy plane ticket (if more than 8 hours of train travel are necessary) to go and pick up the repaired vehicle.
c-Accommodation on site:
If your vehicle is out of service more than 100 km from the point of delivery or from your place of residence (with in the territorial limits defined hereinafter) and if you choose to remain on the spot until the vehicle is repaired, CITROËN ANTI-STOP TT shall reimburse the cost of hotel accommodation for you and your passengers, during the immobilization of vehicle, up to the value of:
- 55 Euros (tax included) per person, per day, to a maximum of 230 Euros (tax included) for the period of immobilization of the vehicle, in the event of an immobilization in Metropolitan France or Monaco.
- 60 Euros (tax included) per person, per day, to a maximum of 300 Euros (tax included) for the period of immobilization of the vehicle, in the event of an immobilization abroad (within the territorial limits defined hereinafter).
Under no circumstances shall CITROËN ANTI-STOP TT reimburse the cost of restaurant or taxi fares, gasoline, tolls and parking charges, telephone calls, stolen luggage, personal effects and materials left in the vehicle, or vehicle accessories.
B. BENEFITS GRANTED TO PERSONS
1. Assistance to injured persons (including persons who have become disabled further to a fire):
Depending on the decision of CITROËN ANTI-STOP TT's physicians and of the attending physicians, CITROËN ANTI-STOP TT shall organize transportation to the nearest hospital or to the best hospital for the condition in question, and shall assume the related costs.
In the event of a medically certified disability further to a vehicle accident, the possible repatriation of the victim(s) must be strictly subject to a prior agreement with CITROËN ANTI-STOP TT or the costs thereof shall not be assumed.
2. Repatriation following death:
In the event of the death of a beneficiary, CITROËN ANTI-STOP TT shall organize the repatriation of the body to the place of residence and shall assume the related costs, to the exclusion of all other costs.
3. Bail and legal assistance:
In the event of a road accident caused by your vehicle, CITROËN ANTI-STOP TT shall lend you the amount of the bail (maximum 4,600 Euros, tax included) and provide you with the services of a lawyer.
The amount of the bail must be refunded within 3 months of the date of its payment, except in the event of non-appearance further to a summons, whereupon the amount shall immediately become due.
1. CITROËN ANTI-STOP TT assistance service, as described in chapter 2 hereinabove, can be reached every day of the year, 24 hours a day, at the following phone numbers:

When you call, you will be asked for the registration number of your vehicle, as indicated on your registration card (gray card).
CITROËN ANTI-STOP TT will not assume the cost of services without confirmation in advance by telephone.
Within five days - two days in the case of theft - you must send the original of the claim report, duly signed by all parties involved in the case of property damage, whether or not a third party was involved, by fax and then by mail to:

In the event of theft, you must also lodge a complaint with the police or authorities. The original of the complaint must be attached to your declaration. After a waiting period of 48 hours, if your vehicle has not been recovered, the original of the registration card and both keys must be sent to S.C. CITROËN CHAMP DE MARS at the above address.
2. CITROËN ANTI-STOP TT assistance service is exclusively reserved for vehicles registered under the TT series and sold under the Finance Plan by S.C. CITROËN CHAMP DE MARS.
The service shall take effect on the delivery date of the vehicle and terminate at the end of your Finance Plan contract.
Should you keep your vehicle after the end of your contract, it will no longer benefit from the CITROËN ANTI-STOP TT assistance service but you will be entitled to the "CITROËN SERVICE" assistance service (as described in the warranty booklet for your vehicle) in the event of a breakdown covered by the manufacturer's warranty for your vehicle, until the 12th month following the date of its initial registration.
The following are expressly excluded from benefiting from CITROËN ANTI-STOP TT assistance service:
- Vehicles immobilized by legal authorities, especially in the event of a serious offense against the Highway Code (speed and/or alcohol level), impounding, or any other legal immobilization.
- Vehicles participating in automobile competitions, sport rallies or trials for automobile competitions.
- Vehicles on which the servicing program scheduled by the manufacturer (and quoted in the maintenance booklet) has not been fulfilled.
- Vehicles immobilized by loss or breakage of keys, or by locking yourself out of your vehicle.
CITROËN ANTI-STOP TT is applicable in Metropolitan France (Corsica included) and in the following additional countries only:
Austria, Belgium, Bosnia, Bulgaria, Croatia, Cyprus, Czech Republic, Denmark, Finland, Germany, Great Britain (Gibraltar included), Greece, Holland, Hungary, Iceland, Ireland, Israel, Italy, Luxembourg, Malta, Morocco, Norway, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Serbie-Montenegro, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain (Balearic Islands included), Sweden, Switzerland, Tunisia, Turkey.
Principalities: Andorra, Monaco, Liechtenstein, San Marino.
