The comprehensive insurance with no deductible guarantees a high level of service because you won't have any extra charges whatever happens to the car during your stay. The only exceptions are the puncture of a tire, a mistake in the choice of the fuel and the lost of the keys. These cases are never covered neither with the buy-back program nor with the car leasing.
No extra charge for any additional drivers traveling with you whatever their number, nor for young drivers if they have more than 18 years old and a valid license.
Under certain conditions, a leasing car may apply additional costs - registration fees or airport taxes. Will I receive a brand new car?
Absolutely, the formula TT guarantees you the delivery of a brand new vehicle.
- Our delivery times run from the date of order.
- 19 days for Paris city and the airports of Orly and Roissy Charles de Gaulle;
- 23 days for the Province, ie France, except Paris;
- 31 days for Europe, all except France.
Am I more engaged considering my responsibility if I choose the buy-back formula or if I choose a car leasing?
With the buy-back program there is an takeover agreement with Citroën. In other words, you own the vehicle during your stay without being more involved than in the case of traditional leasing. Besides that, our team fully support the paperwork, you have to worry about anything. Besides that, our team fully support you with all the paperwork, you have nothing to worry about.
A car lease usually offer the possibility to return the vehicle to a different place. Is this also possible with Eurocar TT?
Absolutely, you can get your car in any of our 30 service points in Europe (excluding service points in the 14th and 15th arrondissements of Paris, which serve only the return of the vehicle).
Similarly, you can return your Citroën at the point of service of your choice. Notice that according to the different service points you choose, some costs may apply between France and other countries. Ask our team for more details.
Finally, Eurocar TT and Citroen are the only ones who offer all-inclusive pricing with exclusive rates on the Mediterranean and Northern Europe which allow you to pick up and drop off your car in Italy, Spain and Portugal or Germany, Holland and Switzerland. Please feel free to enjoy.
Can I extend my stay once there?
It is possible to extend your stay once there. Extra charges will apply for this and the rate will be slightly higher than the one applied for the booking. Moreover, the payment will be made in euros, not in dollars Canadian.
