Description of our buy-back program

DEFINITION OF THE EUROCAR TT LEASING BUY-BACK FORMULA

The sale with buy-back agreement is intended for persons whose usual place of residence is outside the European Union and who are staying in Europe for a period of 17 to 165 days. The customer will own a new vehicle and will only pay for the period of use.

Thanks to the buy-back program, the customer benefits from:

a new tax-free vehicle with a warranty from Citroën, (we cannot guarantee the color);
unlimited mileage (note that the customer must follow all the instructions in the maintenance and overhaul manual);
44 pick-up and drop-off points located in main cities and airports in France and elsewhere in Europe;
comprehensive insurance with no deductibles (this insurance does not cover baggage and personal effects transported in the vehicle);
24/7 roadside assistance (a copy of the assistance booklet is given to each customer upon delivery);
10 to 15 liters of fuel free upon delivery.

TERMS & CONDITIONS FOR THE LEASING BUY-BACK PROGRAM
The customer must:

be at least 18 years old and hold a valid driver's license;
not conduct on any revenue-producing activity while staying in Europe;
pay the amount corresponding to the anticipated term of use.

Note: Only the person whose name appears on the vehicle's registration papers, being the beneficiary of the tax-free program, may take possession of the vehicle. However, the latter’s spouse and direct ascendants and descendants may also drive the vehicle provided they meet the conditions mentioned here above, including the 165-day limit, and provided that the beneficiary remains within the European Union.

Cancellation fees for the leasing buy-back program: $100 for a cancellation 31 days or more before the scheduled pick-up date, $500 for a cancellation 15 to 30 days before the scheduled pick-up date and $850 ($1250 in the case of deliveries in foreign countries) for a cancellation made less than 15 before the scheduled pick-up date. Our packages do not include: gas, insurance coverage of baggage and personal belongings transported in the car, servicing costs, charges incurred for a pick-up or drop-off outside of France, traffic fines and any accessory and service options.

Delivery times:
- 10 days for Paris city and the airports of Orly and Roissy Charles de Gaulle;
- 17 days for the Province, ie France, except Paris;
- 21 days for Europe, all except France.

EUROCAR TT REQUIRES THE FOLLOWING DOCUMENTS:
For Canadians or Americans:

a Citroën Champ-de-Mars ORDER FORM;
a copy of the customer's PASSPORT.

For French nationals:

a Citroën Champ-de-Mars ORDER FORM;
a copy of the customer's FRENCH PASSPORT;
PROOF OF RESIDENCY dated less than 3 months issued by the French embassy or consulate (a copy of the consular registration card is accepted);
an EMPLOYER’S STATEMENT confirming the dates of your leave (or an AFFIDAVIT issued by the customer specifying the dates of his or her visit to France).
